the state of Wisconsin is almost bankrupt, and Governor Scott Walker starts his career by cutting the largest portion of funding in the educational sector. Mr. Walker, ...."are you out yo god damn mind"(all ghetto like) .......I'd wipe my ass with your budget bill. I know you're republican and respect anyone's position in any party, but at least cut the puppet strings. You're Wisconsinite first, republican second ... just remember that.
